Happiness is a Cheez Doodle.
There is nothing like the relief and joy you feel after starving all day and satisfying your hunger with your favorite food. This guy’s reaction is priceless. Not that we’ve actually been in his position but I think we can all relate. (Make sure captions are on!)
The greatest gift you can ever give another person is your own happiness.
Christopher McCandless ventured alone into the Alaskan wilderness in order to find himself and live off the land. He documented his thoughts and experiences, and when he knew he wasn’t going to make it out, Chris concluded, “Happiness only real when shared.”
He went looking for his own truth, his own happiness, his own reality. Not someone else’s. Not society’s. What Chris did was foolish yet heroic. He gave us this incredibly simple and vital tip on how to live our lives.
Find your happiness…
…And share it with others.
Happiness is touching people’s hearts.
Giving them a big smile. Telling them “I Love You”. Happiness is Johnny Barnes.
You may not know it…
But I know it.
And everyone else can see it.
This one is dedicated to my wife. We started out as friends but our relationship grew unexpectedly to amazing depths and heights. Part of what brought us together was our passion for music and how it moved us in similar ways. I love her for the support, the joy, and all of the silliness and laughter. She makes me happy!
And we do both love One Direction.
Happiness is Reinventing Yourself.
Hillman Curtis’ passion for creativity, design and inspiring others will always be remembered.
Happiness is Hope.
When I asked my nieces to write or draw what makes them happy I was expecting some funny looking people with big smiles, some dogs or birds, maybe some happy trees and rays of sunlight…
Instead my 6 year old niece drew the word HOPE and my 9 year old niece drew the word FAITH. Wow. So colorful, so full of hearts and best of all is the Homer Simpson pink sprinkles donut for the O.
These girls through their imagination, youthful enthusiasm and big hearts often inspire hope in me too. They have bright futures ahead of them.
They make me happy.
Happiness is Your Destiny.
Happiness is Steve Jobs.
Steve Jobs is one of my idols. He was a visionary who followed his dreams and created something that changed the world. He highly valued design and the way things look. He also knew the importance of simplicity while not sacrificing sophistication. He loved his work and believed in his product.
“Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish” is just one of his inspiring quotes that encourage everyone to go after their dreams, do what they are passionate about, and change the world. Here are a few more:
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.”
“Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me … Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful… that’s what matters to me.”
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

Happiness is following your dreams.
Happiness is making someone else happy.
This story is awesome! 9 year old Caine Monroy built an elaborate cardboard arcade inside his dad’s used auto parts store. He has one customer. And then…
