What’s in the box?
Every month will feature a new theme and will include one high quality womens t-shirt or tank top, one original pin and a third surprise item.

How does it work?
The first week of every month you’ll receive a beautifully designed box of cool products created by Lance Kitagawa. The main product is the t-shirt.

How much does it cost?
The cost of the monthly subscription is $34.95/month plus any additional taxes and surcharges based on your shipping address. The retail value will always be more than the cost you pay.

How does billing work?
This is a monthly subscription so you will be rebilled every month. Rebilling occurs always after you receive your box around the 11th each month. 

What is this month's deadline?
The deadline to sign up is the last day of the month. We ship around the 1st. If you'd like to know if you made this month's deadline, you can email us anytime at support@thehappyproject.com.

Is there a minimum commitment?
No, there is no minimum commitment. Members may cancel or pause after their first month.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through Cratejoy at any time. In order to receive a refund, you must request one before your box has shipped (We ship around the 1st of each month). Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.

When will my box be shipped?
The Happy Project Box will be shipped vis USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of each box. We ship around the 1st of each month.  You will receive a tracking confirmation once your box has shipped.

How much is shipping?
Shipping ranges from $6-$8.50 within the U.S. depending on the weight of the package.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 3-5 business days in USA.

Do you offer international delivery?
We ship internationally using USPS first class international rates that could range from $15-$25 depending on your country.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

When will my card be charged?
The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you submit your order. For every month after that, The Happy Project Box Members are charged on the 11th of each month.

Can I change my t-shirt size?
Log into your account on Cratejoy to select a different size before the end of the month.

What if my box is lost or stolen?
We ship via the USPS and provide tracking info for every shipment. If you need us to send you that number or need help tracking your package please let us know. We will help you track your package. Please make arrangements to have your subscription delivered to a secure address or location. If your package is lost after delivery we will do our best to help you locate it but the best course is for you to contact your mail carrier and/or local post office. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll review each case and in most cases, we’ll ship you another box for first time occurrences, however you will need to sign for the package. If it’s stolen, please file a police report and send us a copy of the report.
